- Book
To make a reservation for the Apartment, you can use the booking form on the Website or contact us by phone or email.
- Payment
To confirm your reservation, you will need to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. The remaining amount must be paid upon your arrival at the Apartment.
- Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time at the Apartment is after 14:00. Check-out time is until 12:00.
- Rules
During your stay at the Apartment, please observe the following rules:
- Do not smoke in the Apartment.
- Avoid making noise that may disturb the neighbors.
- Take care of the Apartment and its equipment.
- Do not bring pets to the Apartment.
- Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts of Athens.
